COVID-19 and Supply Chain

COVID-19 and Supply Chain

In the past few months we’ve seen COVID-19 disrupt things world-wide. Major sporting events have been cancelled, Cruise lines shut down, tons of airline and hotel cancellations, weddings put on hold, even Disney Land, Disney World and other theme parks have closed. The list is extensive!

Even more alarming is the recent news we’ve heard about the world-wide supply chain of medicine, which basically comes from China. Imagine what would happen if the world became sick and China shut-down the supply chain!

A brand new paper out on supply chain and AnyLogistix can be found at Review this paper, then using /or other sources, read at least two (2) academically reviewed articles on supply chains, specifically as to how the COVID-19 virus has had or will have an impact on supply chains, and the ripple-down effect that will have.
